No, our solutions can handle from 1 to an unlimited number of shareholders.
Can we use your solutions when onboarding foreign customers?
Yes, you can. However, the after-control of the data depends on the available data sources for the country of origin. The sanction search is international, and the PEP searches cover most of the world.
Could you assist with the registry registration?
Yes, we have an issuer services department that handles all aspects of registry maintenance. However, we only provide CSD issuer services in Norway at the moment.
We have clients from all around the world. Can you provide digital signing for all countries?
No, unfortunately not. We are adding new digital signing partners from different countries. Please check with your contact person regarding the relevant countries covered.
Can you provide information directly to our investors?
If you have an issuer services agreement with us, we provide investor relations related to their shareholdings. Investors can also access most information through our InvestorWeb.
How do you onboard new Nordic investors to our solution?
By Passport reader. We have developed a solution that allows Nordic investors to confirm their identity using their passport and its embedded chip, making onboarding much easier—a complete game changer!
UTL number - What is it / How is it created?
A non-Norwegian investor with a country code different from NO will be assigned a foreign shareholder ID from the Shareholder Register after the first submission. It takes the form of UTLxxxxxxxxx and should be used for the respective investor to avoid IB/UB errors in the future.
Investor account - How do I create an account with Equro?
You don’t need to do anything. Anyone who owns shares registered with Equro will have an account with us. The account is linked to your ID (e.g., personal identification number, organization number, UTL number) and you have free access to this via our InvestorWeb.
