After working on a portfolio transfer for the last quarter or so, we are extremely happy to finally announce that we have taken over a significant portfolio of Companies - that are registered in Euronext Securities Oslo “VPS” - from a large bank.

We have had great organic growth in the Issuer Services over the last year, and with this portfolio transfer, Equro has become one of the largest Registrars´ departments for companies registered in Euronext Securities Oslo “VPS” in Norway. Additionally, Equro is the largest Registrar for unlisted companies in Norway and one of the largest in Europe.
